I lived in my head until a series of accidents, injuries and marriage breakdowns forced me to break open my barriers in my heart to let the sun shine in and be empowered and share my message.

I studied massage, Feldenkrais, body psychotherapy, Hakomi, singing and sound therapy to build skills to assist me to break free of the chains that were binding me so I could stand up and speak out for myself.

Finding my voice enabled me to sing the lead in an opera, sing “The Power of Love” to an audience of 1500 people in the Lord Mayor’s Gala concert at City Hall in Brisbane, and to teach Free Your Body Free Your Voice workshops to others.

Womanshine was born out of my own personal journey to reclaim my feminine spirit, shine my light and inspire you to find the courage and confidence to let your light shine through.

WomanShine is designed to help you wake up, empower yourself to let that light in.
